NOTICES
The City of Hayward has entered into a contract for MANDATORY trash and recycling pickup with Eagle Waste & Recycling for all residences (commercial properties not included in contract). All residences will receive trash and recycling service beginning November 1st, 2019. The $12.50 monthly service fee will be a new line item on the water and sewer or fire protection bill. The service include a 48 gallon trash cart and a 96 gallon recycling cart. Further information can be found on the following links.
